End-User Software License Agreement

Agreement
Please read this End-User Software License Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the software.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and AnLedger, LLC governing your use of the AnLedger mobile application and any related documentation, updates, or materials.
By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AnLedger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the software on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not use the software for a commercial purpose; modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the software except where prohibited by law; remove proprietary notices; copy the software except as permitted; violate applicable law; or circumvent technical protection measures.
Ownership and Updates
The software is licensed, not sold. AnLedger and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including intellectual property rights.
AnLedger may provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or new versions. Updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
Privacy
Your use of the software is also governed by the AnLedger Privacy Policy.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. AnLedger may terminate this Agreement if you breach any term. You may terminate it by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the software in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnLedger disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnLedger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the software.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County or Harris County, Texas.
